Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
Vekoshop voluntarily extends the statutory withdrawal period to a total of 30 days.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
For a contract covering multiple goods ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item.
For goods delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last partial shipment or the last piece.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by email:

You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this withdrawal policy, but use of the form is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website. To do so, use the clearly marked “Withdraw from contract” button and then the “Confirm withdrawal” function.
If you use the electronic withdrawal function, we will promptly provide you with confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email. This confirmation will contain the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.
Use of the electronic withdrawal function is voluntary. Withdrawal may still be declared by email or letter.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the 30-day withdrawal period has expired.
Cancellation Before Shipping
As long as an order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request cancellation using the self-service function provided by Vekoshop or, where technically available, cancel the order directly.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation using this function may no longer be possible.
After shipment, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with this withdrawal policy.
The voluntary option to cancel an order before shipment does not restrict your right of withdrawal.
Returning Goods After Withdrawal
After receiving the goods, you may declare your withdrawal or register a return using the electronic withdrawal function within the 30-day withdrawal period.
Alternatively, withdrawal may be declared by email or letter.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Where possible, please include your order number or another proof of purchase with the return. This makes it easier for us to identify and process the return.
However, providing proof of purchase, using the electronic withdrawal function or contacting us in advance is not a requirement for validly exercising your right of withdrawal.
Return Shipping Costs
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods if you withdraw from the contract under your right of withdrawal without there being a defect in the goods.
In the event of a justified complaint due to goods being delivered defective or damaged, an incorrect delivery or missing components, Vekoshop bears the return shipping costs necessary for statutory subsequent performance.
Please contact us at support@vekoshop.eu before returning goods due to a defect so that we can review the matter and provide you with information on the next steps.
Your statutory rights in respect of defects are not restricted by this provision.
Condition of Returned Goods
You may handle the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning to the extent that would generally be possible in a physical retail store.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, provided that the statutory requirements for compensation for diminished value are met.
Where possible, please return the goods complete and together with the accessories included with the delivery.
Where available, we also ask that you use the original packaging. Using the original packaging helps ensure safe return transport.
The absence, opening or damage of the original packaging does not automatically result in the loss of your right of withdrawal.
The statutory provisions concerning possible compensation for diminished value may apply to damage caused by packaging that is objectively unsuitable for return transport.
Used, Refurbished and Reduced-Price Goods
The right of withdrawal generally also applies to used, refurbished, reduced-price goods and promotional products unless a statutory exception applies.
The specific condition of a used or refurbished product is stated in the relevant product description before purchase.
Expressly described signs of use, cosmetic differences, missing accessories or other condition characteristics form part of the agreed characteristics of the goods, provided that the customer was clearly and comprehensibly informed of them before placing the order.
Defects that have not been expressly described are not automatically excluded merely because a product is designated as “used”, “refurbished”, “B-stock” or assigned to a particular condition grade.
The right of withdrawal and statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected.
Condition Grades – Grade A, Grade B and Grade C
Vekoshop may classify used, inspected or refurbished products according to their cosmetic and technical condition.
Grade A
Products classified as Grade A are in very good, nearly new condition. They may show no signs of use or only very minor cosmetic signs of use.
Grade B
Products classified as Grade B are in good used condition. They may show visible signs of use, light scratches or other cosmetic differences.
Grade C
Products classified as Grade C may show more noticeable signs of use, scratches, discoloration, cosmetic differences or other expressly described condition characteristics.
The specific condition of each item is described in greater detail in the relevant product description.
Prevailing Product Description
The general classification of a product as Grade A, Grade B or Grade C does not replace the specific product description.
The information provided before purchase concerning the technical and cosmetic condition, existing signs of use, deviations, scope of delivery and any missing accessories is decisive.
Classification into a condition grade does not exclude either the right of withdrawal or statutory rights in respect of defects.
Scope of Delivery for Used Products
For used, refurbished products or products classified according to condition grades, the scope of delivery may differ from the original scope of delivery of a new product.
The scope of delivery stated in the relevant product description before purchase is decisive.
Missing original accessories, different packaging or the absence of the original packaging will be disclosed before purchase where applicable.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Goods

If a product has been delivered damaged or defective, components are missing or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at:
Where possible, please provide your order number and a description of the problem. Relevant photos or videos may help us process your request more quickly.
We will review the matter and inform you about the next steps. Depending on the circumstances, these may include, in particular, repair, replacement, return, collection, price reduction or refund.
Contacting us serves solely to facilitate faster processing. Your statutory rights in respect of defects and your right to exercise them free of charge remain fully unaffected.
Mystery Boxes
Mystery Boxes are not excluded from the right of withdrawal merely because they are described as “Mystery Boxes”.
The provisions of this withdrawal policy generally also apply to Mystery Boxes unless a statutory exception applies.
Opening the shipping or product packaging does not automatically result in the loss of the right of withdrawal for ordinary goods.
Statutory exceptions remain unaffected, particularly those concerning certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
Reduced-Price Items, Special Offers and Promotional Goods
Reduced-price products, special offers and promotional items are not excluded from the right of withdrawal or statutory rights in respect of defects merely because they are offered at a reduced price.
Expressly described condition characteristics, signs of use, cosmetic differences or differences in the scope of delivery stated before purchase remain unaffected.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to contracts for the supply of the following goods:

goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;

goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded;
-
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
-
sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery;
-
goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
Further statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
Exchanges
A direct exchange cannot be guaranteed in every case.
If you would like a different variant or product, you may return the goods received under your right of withdrawal and subsequently place a new order.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
This does not include additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
Where Vekoshop offered the least expensive standard delivery free of charge, there is no additional amount to be reimbursed in this respect.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your declaration of withdrawal.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
We will generally use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise and provided that you do not incur any costs as a result.
Vekoshop will not charge any additional fees for the reimbursement.
